Fruit Dip made with Strawberry Zucchini Preserves

This is delicious dip that the whole family will enjoy.  You can dip any fruit into this fruit dip.  October is the time for apples!  We love apples and fruit dip.  Here's our version of fruit dip using Strawberry Zucchini Preserves

Come on, try it!   Your family won't even know that the goodness of zucchini is hidden inside!


Strawberry Zucchini Preserves Dip

4 tablespoons of marshmallow fluff
1 cream cheese                             
3 tablespoons of Strawberry Zucchini Preserves
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
4 to 5 fresh strawberries   - Fruit of your choice for dipping (we think Apples work great)                                   

Use a mixer and combine marshmallow fluff, vanilla, cream cheese until fluffy.  Once fluffy combine the strawberry zucchini preserves.    Cut and peel the fruit of your choice.  Apples are great for this dip.  Enjoy!

Apple Dumpling Cake with Strawberry Zucchini Preserves

Original recipe makes 1 - 9x13 inch cake

3 pounds apples – peeled, cored and slices
2 cups all-purpose flour
¼ cups white sugar
2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
6 tablespoons RelishThis Strawberry Zucchini Preserves
1 tsp baking soda

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Place sliced apples in baking dish. Add Strawberry Zucchini Preserves to the top of the apples, spread.  In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Stir in eggs and oil; pack on top of apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until topping is puffed and golden brown.


It's apples season!  Here is a great way to use up some of the extra apples you might have in your pantry AND make the house smell awesome!   Apples baking always makes the house smell like Fall.  I love Apple season!
