2 mini filo shells
8 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup nonfat greek yogurt
1/4 cup of prepared pesto
12 tsp of hot zucchini relish or any of the desired relishes
Roasted peppers & Parmesan cheese
Place cream cheese and yourt in mixing bowl till creamy. Add pesto and zucchini relish to taste. Place in filo shells and add little pieses of roasted peppers and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle parsley for garnish.
