Grilled Beef Braciole

Grilled Beef Braciole with Zucchini Relish

1 - 2 lbs round steak, pounded to 1/4 thickness
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon chopped basil
1 tablespoon of oregano
2 tablespoons zucchini relish
1/4 cup of grated pecorino Romano cheese

Directions:  Heat the grill to high.   Place the steak on a flat service and pound the steak to 1/4 thickness.  
Rub olive oil over steak.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle chopped basil, oregano and zucchini relish over the steak.  
Shred cheese over the steak, leaving 1/2 inch border around the sides.
Roll the meat up like a jelly roll and use tooth picks or twine to hold the meat together.  
Brush the entire outside of the steak with the oil and salt and pepper.  
Place on grill, seam side up and grill until golden brown on all sides.  It will need about 10 minutes on each side.  
Remove from grill and let rest for 10 minutes prior to slicing. Slice 1/2 inch thick slices.  

Serve with fresh vegetables and potatoes. Enjoy!
