Bake a box of cornbread mix into muffins.
Cool, crumble in a bowl. Saute 1 cup of onion and chopped celery.

Add sage and thyme to taste. Combine onion mixture and corn bread crumbles wit a beaten egg. Roll into balls and bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.

While they cool, combine 2 parts RelishThis Raspberry Zucchini Preserves with 2 parts Cranberry. Serve warm Corn Bread Balls with the preserve condiment.
